The Man who loved DogeCoin
It is sad that today the man whose love for Dogecoin exceeded that of Bitcoin in 2015 now finds himself in Remand Prison without a device to witness what is happening to his beloved coin.
In 2015 the man Mr. Kwaku Damete Kumi travelled down from the U.K. to begin his Crypto-Trainings for his countrymen and for the African continent.
Mr. Kumi on one of his pieces of training spoke about some crypto-coins for the future. He advised the setting on two crypto coins aside from Bitcoin on what they hold for the future.
It was during this time that such cryptocurrencies were worth not more than a penny.
His picks were a bit funny as we sit and watched his enthusiastic face and smile as he mentioned the names we actually had the feeling that the future for these coins was bright.
$GCR and $DOGE were the currencies he pitched to his following.
Little did he know that one of these tokens would lead him to lose on the other. Mr Kumi seeing the potential of Cryptocurrency for Africa decided to support projects that will be groundbreaking as such projects are geared to bring cryptocurrency to the doorstep of every African.
He solely started and sponsored projects which he knew would have changed his and the lives of many Africans. But one of the currencies he was so optimistic about the GCR was used as a tool to cause his downfall.
Today, Mr Kumi is still in Remand prison awaiting the opening of his case so he can present a defence and even see a judgment or know how long he will stay in confinement.
Kwaku Damete Kumi was known for so many things but a few knew him for his love towards $Doge. Should it had been that he was out of jail today and a freeman he would have held so many raffles and draws just to share with his friends and loved ones what he had gained from the recent DOGECOIN price hike. And his African-House Solar Panel Project would have seen the light of day.
We write this as a message to show our appreciation to him as he has given us something so valuable that we cannot repay. We pray for strength and hope he will smile at some of these things when they occur.
We love you Mr Kumi though the world is not your friend but a foe we write to state we love you forever. We all know @Elon Musk was not the first lover of Dogecoin but you.
